GLOSSARY OF TERMS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of operation of the Crowder.PRO:

  1. Personal Data - means personal data that constitutes a set of information about a natural person that allows it to be identified;
  2. Contact Form - means a form in which the Website Users provide the necessary data in order to receive information about the activity and services provided by the Operator;
  3. Operator - means Crowder SA with its headquarters at ul. Żurawia 71, 15-540 Białystok, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001062041, TAX ID: 966-214-24-94
  4. Terms and Conditions - means the Regulations of operation of the website Crowder SA, which defines the rights and obligations of the Operator and the rights and obligations of the Website Users;
  5. Service - means a service operating at the internet address of www.crowder.pro
  6. User - means any natural person visiting the Service and using its resources, via the Internet.

PRIVACY
  1. The Privacy Policy of the Website is a document that concerns the protection and processing of Users' Personal Data, including specific categories of Personal Data. The policy defines the principles of ensuring the privacy of Users based on the following legal provisions:
    1. Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR);
    2. Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws, item 1000);
    3. Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. OJ 2019, item 123);
    4. Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications law (i.e. 2018, item 1954 as amended).
  2. The use of the Service is carried out by means of a secure connection. The information transmitted and received by the Service is private.

USER'S BROWSING OF THE SERVICE RESOURCES

Storing queries addressed to the server does not require the processing of Personal Data, because the data is not associated with specific Users browsing the Website. The resources viewed by the User are identified through URLs and relate to:

  1. the public IP address of the terminal equipment from which the query came;
  2. User station name - identification carried out by http protocol, if possible;
  3. User names provided during the authorization process;
  4. when the query arrives;
  5. the first line of the http request;
  6. http response code;
  7. The number of data sent by the server;
  8. the URL of the page previously visited by the User (so-called referer link) - in case the access to the Service was made by an external link;
  9. information about your browser;
  10. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the http transaction.

COOKIES POLICY
  1. The website uses the technique of "cookies". A cookie (also called a "cookie") is a small information file stored by the Service on the User's end device in connection with the User's use of the Service.
  2. The use of cookies techniques does not allow the collection of any Personal and Address Data of the User, nor any confidential information from his computer. The "cookies" technique allows only to determine the profile of the information that the User is interested in. In this way, the collected data allows to study the aggregated traffic of Users within the Service and for statistical purposes, including the use of Google Analytics tools.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
  1. The administrator of the personal data of the Users of the Website is Crowder Limited Company with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Żurawia 71, 15-540 Białystok, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001062041, NIP: 966-214-24-94 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
  2. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
    1. the sale and rental of immovable property pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
    2. the implementation of the company's legitimate interests as administrator - the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, by which it is to be understood to reply to a message sent using the contact form on the www.moxohouse.pl
    3. sending commercial information on the Company's offer with the express consent - the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
  3. Personal data of the Website Users are processed for the period:
    1. necessary for the performance of the contract and for the time necessary for the limitation of any claims relating to the performance of the contract;
    2. if you have sent a message sent using the contact form for the period necessary to reply to a message sent using the contact form;
    3. if you have consented to the transmission of commercial information until you withdraw your consent to the processing.
  4. The User of the Website in connection with the processing of his Personal Data made available in the Contact Form has the right to access the data, the right to rectification of the data, the right to erasure, the right to restrict the processing of data, the right to object to the processing of data and the right to request data portability.
  5. To the extent that the processing of Personal Data takes place on the basis of the user's consent, I have the right to withdraw consent to the processing.
  6. The User of the Website has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  7. Personal Data may be entrusted to entities providing marketing services, sales brokerage, legal services and IT services to the Administrator.
  8. Personal data of The Website Users may be made available in accordance with applicable laws at the request of law enforcement authorities, other public administrations, police and other services. The provision of personal data does not require the consent of the Website User.
  9. In accordance with paragraph 5, Personal Data may be profiled.

FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy of the Website in order to ensure its timeliness and compliance with applicable laws. The change in the Privacy Policy of the Website may also result from changes in the technologies, ways, purposes or legal basis of the personal data processed by users.
